Your health was made for more

Personalized Functional Wellness for Women Who Are Tired of Pushing Through Exhaustion

You have learned how to keep going, even when you know something feels off.

You’ve been told your labs ‘look normal’ and that you simply need to ‘clean up’ your diet and exercise more.

You rely on caffeine to get through the day, feel wired and tired at the same time, and put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own.

You were made for more than endless temporary fixes.

At Made for More Wellness, we work together to look beyond isolated symptoms. Through an individualized, whole person approach, we help you better understand the patterns behind how you feel and create a personalized and supportive plan that prioritizes your health as a whole.

I help women (and men too) who are tired of surviving on caffeine and pushing through exhaustion, start prioritizing themselves and their health again, so they can show up strong and thrive in the life they were made for.

This work is personal to me.

After years of navigating digestive issues, hormone-related conditions, weight struggles, exhaustion, and unanswered questions, I learned how closely our symptoms can be connected to nutrition, stress, digestion, hormones, sleep, and the way our bodies adapt over time.

That personal experience changed the course of my life and inspired me to become a Certified Functional Health Practitioner so I could share what I had learned and help others take a more active roll in their own health journeys.

Today, I partner with women to help them better understand their health, connect the dots behind their symptoms, and develop personalized strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

Because I knew I was made for more, and you are too.

Health is a gift. Steward it well.

Why Functional Health?

Conventional medicine plays an essential role in diagnosing and treating illness. Your doctor may use traditional laboratory testing to compare your results with established reference ranges and determine whether further medical evaluation or treatment is needed. But sometimes your results fall within the “normal” range, and you still do not feel like yourself.

You may be exhausted even after a full night’s sleep, struggle with bloating or brain fog, experience changes in your weight or hormones, or simply know that something feels off. This is often referred to as the gray area - when nothing appears clearly wrong on paper, but your body is telling you that it needs more support.

This is where a functional approach becomes invaluable.
Functional health asks more than, “Is this result within the standard range?” It also asks, “How well is this system functioning for this individual?”

For example, a cortisol result may fall within a standard range, but its daily pattern may still offer helpful insight for someone who feels exhausted in the morning and wide awake at night. A gut assessment may reveal patterns that deserve attention when someone has been experiencing ongoing bloating, irregular digestion, brain fog, or skin concerns.

Rather than looking at each symptom or laboratory marker in isolation, functional health considers how the body’s systems may be influencing one another. Hormones, digestion, blood sugar regulation, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle are all connected, and changes in one area can affect how you feel in another.

At Made for More Wellness, we believe in a ‘test don’t guess’ approach, because no one has time for endless trial and error. Depending on your needs and selected program, functional testing and assessment may include hormone and metabolic panels, digestive and microbiome testing, food sensitivity testing, Metabolic Typing, hair-tissue-mineral analysis, organic acids and total toxin burden testing, comprehensive health and Lifestyle assessments, continuous glucose monitoring, and other tools that help us better understand your overall wellness picture.

The goal is not to diagnose a condition or replace the care of your physician. It is to gather useful information, connect the dots behind the patterns you are experiencing, and identify areas that may benefit from additional support with a personalized protocol and coaching to help you reach your goals.

From there, we create a personalized strategy built around five foundational pillars:
Nutrition • Rest and Recovery • Exercise and Movement • Stress Reduction • Targeted Supplementation

Functional health isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about understanding your unique story, needs, and goals so your wellness plan is built for you, and not just your lab results.

How It Works

1

Let’s Start with a Conversation

Your complimentary discovery call is a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share what you have been experiencing and what brought you here, ask questions, and learn more about how I work.

Together, we can decide which one of the Made for More programs feels like the right fit for you.

2

We Look at the Bigger Picture

Once you choose your program, you will complete a detailed health and lifestyle assessment along with the applicable functional lab testing included in your program.

We will look at your health history, symptoms, routines, stress, nutrition, sleep, and test findings together so we can begin connecting the dots rather than viewing each piece in isolation.

3

We Build Your Personalized Plan

I will walk you through your findings in a way that feels clear and understandable.

Then, I will create a personalized strategy based on your needs and goals, with support around nutrition, sleep and recovery, movement, stress management, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.

4

You Receive Support Along the Way

Your coaching sessions and secure messaging access give you ongoing guidance, education, accountability, and support as you begin putting your plan into action and making it work in real life.
